NEWS 17.3.10

Gettysburg will be shipping out this week.

There are a number of people asking if they can subscribe for just the first two games. The simple answer is no, however, each game will be available to pre order about a month before release, so if you do not want the two player game then you can just pre order the other two as they become available. With 1,000 special editions it's unlikely that you are going to miss out.

Pre orders for Age of Industry will be taken from the 1st of May. The game will be released at the beginning of June.

NEWS 1.3.10

Lots of news today, so please pay attention.

Warfrog will be changing its name to Treefrog, so Gettysburg will be the last Warfrog game. The change of name is mainly to increase our appeal to the German market (A US soldier frog with a sub machinegun does not go down well with the family market over there). At some point between now and June the new Treefrog site will be up and running.

The subscription window is now open. We will be taking subscriptions for the next three Treefrog games up until the 30th of April. The three games in the subscription offer are

With Treefrog we will be switching to a new production model. Rather than producing 1500 copies of a title and then licensing it we will now be retaining the rights to future titles and reprinting if demand allows it. The first print run will normally be around 3000 units. Of these 1000 will be converted to a limited edition by the replacement of some components by custom made wooden pieces. These copies will be signed and numbered. The limited edition copies will only be available from Treefrog, they will not be available in shops.

NEWS 12.2.10

I will have 240 copies of the Moongha game available to sell directly to people. The price is £35 plus £5 p&p in the UK, 51 Euros inc. p&p in Europe, and $70 inc. p&p any where else in the world. NEWS 31.1.10

Gettysburg is now available to pre order. Unfortunately I have not been able to put the final rules up yet, still waiting for them to be laid out. Click here if you wish to pre order a copy. The games will be shipped some time in March.

We have had to change the postage costs to South Korea, from $15 to $20. This is because we now have to send them International Signed For. Many packages had gone missing in the past and it was costing us too much money to replace lost packages. If you live in South Korea make sure you press the correct Paypal button. The good news is that Brazilian customers get a reduction of $5 in postage due to the use of Signed For rather than Airsure.

We have just sold out of Last Train to Wensleydale. If you want to get a copy now your best bet is seeing if your local shop has a copy.

Stratamax have a new game, Tammany Hall. The artwork was done by Warfrog regular Peter Dennis. If you are after a light election game with plenty of opportunities for double-dealing then click here.

Back from Essen now. Have about two hundred bags of wooden money left. If you want to purchase a bag you need to email Warfrog directly. UK price will be £13 plus £3 p&p, Europe price will be 15 Euros plus 5 Euros p&p, and the price for the rest of the world will be US $22 plus $8 p&p (except Brazil, which will cost $12 p&p).

NEWS - 16.9.09

More stuff for sale. Have added page for Steam Barons. This is an expansion for Steam. Warfrog have a 1000 copies for sale. Mayfair have 3000, so if you live in North America you would be best buying from them, unless you really like paying over the odds. You can check out Steam Barons here.

OLD NEWS - 5.9.09

Now back from my holiday. Unfortunately my computer died soon after I left and I've only just got the thing back up and running now. If you emailed me while I was away and got no response then this is the reason why. Now trying to get back on top of things.

Last Train to Wensleydale and God's Playground are now available to order. The games will be ready to ship early in October, before Essen. Exactly when is another matter as each game has to be assembled and signed, which takes some time. To order either game please click on the Buy Games link at the top of this page. We've also had to put our prices up again. Sorry about that but if we don't then pretty soon the business is going to go bump.

If you are going to Essen please do not order via the website and then ask to pick the game up at the show - always causes problems. We cannot take orders for collection at Essen, it's too hard to track the information. We will have lots of copies at the show so the chances of you not getting one are vanishingly small.

I'm sorry to say that Automobile is now sold out. Waterloo is close to being sold out, down to the last forty odd copies.

NOT SO LATEST NEWS

For those that have not heard I now have two new business partners. James Hamilton will be responsible for the company finances and shops sales. Julia Wallace will be responsible for direct orders and conventions, as well as bossing me about.

There will be more news about changes in the near future.
